GDC managed the precast work from getting approvals of structural design from CSD department in Aramco, design and shop drawings of two major buildings supervision of precast production and mold fabrication

and the installation of the precast elements, the project contained 30 buildings, fully precast with columns, beams slabs, stairs, elevator shaft, and cladding, and some buildings the footing was precast as well.
